Production, stock, quality, sales and planning in one system, built for manufacturers in Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia. The floor works from a phone or tablet in its own language, and keeps working when the signal drops.

What Assessly runs today.
01The floor
The floor, recordedas it runs.
Every station has a QR code. A worker scans it, starts the step, and records the good output, the scrap and the reason for any stop. The machine counter and the measured length are kept side by side, so the gap between them is on record. If the signal drops, the app holds the entries and sends them when it is back.

02Stock and quality
Every drum, lotand inspection.
Stock is held as drums, bobbins, rolls and coils, each with its remaining length and its own QR label. Lots keep their history from raw material to the shipped drum. Inspections run at receiving, between steps and before dispatch. A failed check puts the lot on hold, and lots that pass get a certificate of analysis.

03Sales and CRM
Customers, quotesand orders together.
Customer messages from Telegram and email arrive in one inbox, next to the customer's price tier, credit limit and open orders. Quotes are built from your price lists and sent as a link the customer can accept. An accepted quote becomes an order with nothing retyped. WhatsApp joins the inbox once Meta approves the business account.

04Planning
A plan that knowsyour capacity.
Orders, forecasts and safety stock feed the master production schedule. MRP works out what to make, buy and move between sites, and shows the reason for every line. The schedule loads work onto each work centre's own calendar and flags the ones that are over capacity.

Chapter 05
How it works.
What the floor records is what sales sells from and what planning plans against. There is no second copy to keep in step.
Start from a pack for your industry.
The pack brings the terms, units, inspection checklists and waste categories your kind of plant uses. The onboarding wizard then takes you through sites, work centres, people and roles, imports your products and opening stock from Excel, and prints the QR labels. A built-in guide shows each role its own screens.
The floor records work as it happens.
Workers scan a station or a drum and enter what they made, what they scrapped and why. The app runs on the phones and tablets the floor already has, and it keeps working without a connection.
The office works from the same record.
Sales answers customers from the inbox with live stock and their price tier in view. Planners see real capacity and real shortages. Owners can look across every site from one login.
Chapter 06
Two ways to start.
For factories already running.
Bring your products, BOMs, customers, opening stock and open orders across from spreadsheets or exports. Keep the old system running beside Assessly until the stock counts agree, then switch.
Excel import · opening stock
For factories being built.
Start on Assessly from the first shift. Set up the sites, lines and people in the onboarding wizard, print the QR labels, and the floor records its first work order on day one. It runs on phones and tablets and copes with weak WiFi.
